Active in the field of music education for over thirty years, Michele Flagg continues to advocate for the arts and core-content integration in the urban music class. In addition to classroom experience, she has serves as a choir accompanist. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University (1974) and holds a Supervisor’s Certificate as well as an MA in Teaching and an MEd in Educational Leadership. A chapter contributor to Teaching Music in the Urban Classroom, Volume 2 (Rowman & Littlefield, 2006), Michele is published in paranormal fiction with The Wild Rose Press (2009) and has a second novel contracted as well. She lives in northern New Jersey in a quiet house on a quiet street with a spectacular view of a forest.
