Dr. Jeanne Caldwell was born and raised in the suburbs of St. Louis. She currently lives in Monroe, Iowa with her husband Gil. Dr. Caldwell earned a BMA from Tulsa University in 1974, a MME from VanderCook College of Music in 1995, and an Ed.D. from the University of Phoenix in 2008. During the past 31 years, she has taught band, orchestra, choir and general music in three central Iowa school districts most recently serving as a string teacher in West Des Moines, Iowa where she was recently awarded the teacher of the year award.
